"It was an amazing place! We loved it. The personnel was very friendly, the premises are very clean, the room was comfortable with a coffee maker included (much appreciated!) though a little small, breakfast was abundant and location was great! It was close enough to downtown but not in the middle of it so we avoided the craziness of big cities."

Cleaning was good, however I locked my bag with a specific code and upon return later the afternoon, I found the code had been changed. "It was close to Townhall and QVB train stops so that was convenient. I was there for 5 nights and on 3 mornings there was someone making loud noises in the hallway—like cleaning—and slamming doors. One morning, I even looked out the door, and there was a man in a hotel uniform near the elevator, and he looked back and caught my eye, but he never made any acknowledgment nor did he apologize for the loud noises he was making.
