Room was clean, staff where very helpful. Overall a good place to stay.

The hotel was in a good location. Staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms were small. My shower flooded twice, even after the maintenance crew fixed it. Shower water starts warm and turns cold quickly!!

The staff was great, very helpful. The only thing I did not like was that the sink was draining very slowly.

Our stay was excellent—great service, comfortable rooms, and fantastic amenities. However, our experience at checkout left us disappointed. We were unexpectedly charged for breakfast, which we never ate. Despite explaining this several times, it was an inconvenience we didn’t expect. Aside from this issue, everything else about the hotel was wonderful. We hope management addresses this to ensure a smoother experience for future guests.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter, which is where you want to be as a tourist. The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable by Western standards. Don't expect all the amenities of a Hilton or Marriott - if you want that then stay there. But you won't find those in the Old Quarter and then you'll be missing out. The staff at the front desk, Anthony and Andrew, were very friendly and bent over backwards to meet every request: Walking tour of Old Hanoi? check. Directions to an ATM? check. Good restaurant nearby? check. Nearby pharmacy? check. Prepaid taxi to airport? check. The rate was an absolute bargain for the location, room and staff. Very highly recommended.

The breakfast is amazing! The staff were very helpful in organising transport and activities. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is amazing. This has probably got to be my third or 4th stay. The staff actually remember you. The area it's in is a vybe.
