"The property is extremely modern, clean and situated in a very good location. The staff was nice and the wellness spa was excellent too. The photos in the listing were not accurate but the room's interior was far better than we expected! Some downsides of this property were - check-in process was quite long and tideous - had to do it well in advance and all by ourselves, downlaoding the property app and uploading documents and filling out details, which was a bit time consuming. If only Sonder...

"For the price I paid, it was a great deal in Milan. They offered me a free upgrade. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was OK. Parking was tricky. On their Expedia page its said 42 euro. When I asked front desk, they said 50 euro for parking in a facility not belong Ling to them. I found an app called Parclick, in which I could find a parking close to fashion district for 25 euro."

Room was immaculately clean - we requested a balcony if possible and received a wonderful room overlooking the pretty courtyard with a balcony. Thank you.
