Stod som opplysning ved bestilling at det flyplasstransport var mulig, men ved kontakt på telefon i forkant var det vanskelig å kommunisere på engelsk. Lå veldig avsides, og ikke mulig å finne noe å spise i nærheten da vi ankom på kvelden. Egentlig bare egnet for de som ankommer stedet med egen bil. Stort hus i en stor hage. "Ginevra rooms is beautiful! We loved the watch theme and got to stay in the cartier room, of which there was a hige cartier watch on the wall behind the bed. Leila was lovely, polite and very helpful during our stay. The room was clean, modern and exatcly what we needed. I have been to Bergamo 3 times and will definitely be using Ginevra rooms again."

"The ambience of the property and grounds was beautiful. We were just disappointed with the breakfast. It didn’t feel like a luxury experience for the price of the stay. There was no fresh bread or croissants and the choice was otherwise quite limited. I requested a gluten free breakfast but was offered rice cakes and gluten free cup cakes whereas hotels normally provide gluten free bread or rolls for breakfast. "Very well located near the train station and to all walkable areas in the city. Very good communication with the owner, were met at the apartment personally at the time we requested and given a complete overview of the property and surroundings. Just a few minor details could have made it better but overall a good choice if you are traveling to Bergamo. "

Nice hotel. Great staff.

"The hotel itself was beautiful. Nice seating and entrance area. Stunning restaurant in the courtyard. The staff in the hotel were very helpful. They spoke good English. They helped me work out the bus routes I needed (looking it all up on their PC), suggested places for me to watch the football (including their big TV downstairs at the hotel) and offered to lend me an umbrella when it was raining (even though I was checking out, so they knew they wouldn't have got it back if I had taken it). I had one of the cheaper rooms on the top floor with only a skylight. The room was fine with reasonable air conditioning. Comfy bed and quiet. The resteraunt connected to the hotel did a great breakfast and wonderful evening meals (though the evening meals were a bit expensive - I spent roughly £50 for a 3 course meal there, and the servings aren't huge). Good bus routes nearby with a direct bus into Milan (you have to get this bus from the side of the main road, which is basically a motorway, but its safe enough. There is a lay-by for the bus to pull in to) and buses to Lake Como etc. Just buy the passes on your phone and make sure they are activated before travelling. "
