"Very nice place but lack of ability to contact ANY staff except by personal phone was big issue for foreigners waited outside pounding on door for over 15 minutes in 90 plus heat before someone came to answer. On of 2 lights in bathroom not working and no way for me to contact staff since my cellphone was not working. No front desk support or internal phone or even a bell was frustrating "
