"Beautiful mountain property. Every morning outside was so peaceful. Our room was a little rough and a hard mattress. But it was a peaceful and beautiful 20 minute walk to old Wulai street. The staff was nice and very helpful. Most importantly, the water was excellent. The private bath filled quickly and the minerals were so good for our skin!"

"We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! "

"Staff was excellent. Free laundry was very convenient for our longer stay, although the machines were a bit slow. No facecloths provided, just hand towels and bath towels. No heating in room, though this is probably only a problem in the few cold months. "It was my first time visiting Taiwan and a friend of mine recommended this hotel to me so I thought to take their advice, and easily it was the best decision! Very easily accessible and when I arrived at check-in, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient, one of the receptionists (I'm sorry I can't quite remember her name) was very kind to escort me to the elevators and give me a brief explanation of the hotel's facilities and especially the Spa on the top floor that was great to use on my last night! Wonderful stay with excellent and friendly staff!"

"We had fantastic and memorable time at Regent Taipei. The staffs were so kind to the customers, especially Yuki and Jenny from Taipan lounge, since arrival they welcomed us with lovely smile and assisted us with everything! And Jasmine from Robin’s Grill, we had amazing meal (I highly recommend this place). From their amazing customer service, we will definitely come back this year! The room was amazing and neat as well! Thank you so much and Happy New Year! "
