"Room is clean and look new. Like the bath tub that can be filled up quickly within 3 mins. Like the warm water outdoor pools, there are many pools that can accommodate many at one time. The breakfast is sumptuous and impressive with abundance of variety of foods, and the taste is good. Unfortunately, I checked in late, did not have time to experience the roof top onsen."

"Unique hotel with swimming lap-pool and large hot-tub/spa on the roof. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Hotel is near lots of restaurants and local stores. Underground parking was convenient and breakfast options were great…lots of East and West cuisine choices. Staff are super friendly and ready to help…especially Rose at the front desk. "

"We were thoroughly impressed with the level of service at this hotel. On the day of check-out, it poured rain heavily, and we needed to catch our train. The hotel staff went above and beyond by offering to drive us to the train station, ensuring we stayed completely dry—like cotton candy!
