"This place isn’t bad depending on what you’re looking for. It’s located in a convenient place to UO and has free parking. The place is key card controlled which limits people to just residents, which is nice. There are two handles on the door but only the top works and has a trick for opening, which wasn’t passed to us. "Another wonderful stay at this property. This time we stayed in the Boho Nights apartment. Loved the vibes on the room. Way bigger than I expected and honestly if I could live there full time I would. Location is perfect for enjoying downtown Sanford. The backyard is enjoyable and I'm intrigued by the little rock lights. I cannot recommend this place enough. I believe in staying at another one of their properties in 2 months. You cant go wrong."

"Great spot close to downtown Sanford. By close I mean right around the corner. A funky and fun room. It was cold and there is no central AC or Heat, but there was a little space heater that quickly warmed the room, in fact I had to turn it off because it was so warm. I read about the bathroom sink and yes, it is weird. You will get wet so SLOWLY turn the water on. Yes the spiral staircase feels sketchy, but that was part of the fun of the space and we laughed so much about it. The only "issue"...

"Chose this property specifically for the pool, only to be told there was only a community pool on the next street that we could use. Was very upset. When we got that response, we went round and found we couldn't get access without a key. Had to wait until next day for a key to be delivered to us. Finally, on our third day, we had a swim. Not at all pleased. No pool towels. House was beautiful though. "

"This was a privately-owned studio in Enclave. The studio had water damage under kitchen and bathroom cabinets which appeared to have been many weeks prior from the mechanical room beside us. The hallway outside our room was in horrible condition but the studio was very clean and comfortable with many windows. Loved our little unit otherwise and owner was very helpful. Bed was very comfortable. The pool was great. The wifi was terrible. The grounds seemed to be getting rundown."
