"This is our favorite hotel to stay at when we go on vacation in Florida. If you’re going to Universal parks then you get perks, like getting into the park early. At this specific hotel, you can actually walk to Universal’s waterpark. You also get a private entrance rather than the general entrance. The staff consistently checked in with us to make sure we did not need anything. My favorite part about this hotel is that there are two swimming pools and a lazy river. There’s also a bowling alley and an arcade. There’s even a Starbucks downstairs. There are plenty of food choices if you don’t want to leave the resort they are not overly priced. They offer drink cups for purchase that can be refilled for your entire stay, which helps to manage the cost of drinks. We always have a great time staying at this hotel. They take care of us. "
