"Excellent B&B with a lovely room, extremely comfortable king-size bed, great shower, nice views from the room’s balcony, friendly staff, and wonderful breakfasts! The B&B is on a beautiful quiet street about a 10-minute walk from the busier/tourist parts of the city. We appreciated the walk after big breakfasts (at the hotel) and dinners (at restaurants around town). There’s an amazing 14th century home/museum at the end of the street, Adornes Domien, that’s worth a visit. "

"Our first time in such a property. We should have planned ahead a bit better - i.e. took some basic groceries with us to avoid having to find a shop in the dark and rain. The property was fantastic - classy, cozy and spacious. The Tram was nearby. We ate at the Waterline and the Royal. Suggest visit to De Haan and Blanckenberg. "

"I rarely write reviews (especially if I had a positive experience). However, in this case, I felt really compelled to write on. This is a smaller hotel, 1 block from the beach in Knokke and family run. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. They are very accommodating with special requests. Some issues need addressing

"Pros: good breakfast, friendly staff and generally clean Cons: no airconditioning and too hot, even with windows open plus excessive street noise. Fridge in room not working No glasses or china cups provided, only disposable items, poor quality for 4* hotel and not eco friendly. Half used toilet roll - not acceptable Broken USB port, broken door handle to Juliette balcony. TV had been wall mounted directly in front of a picture - why?? Towels very small and poor quality"
