"Lovely as usual but... the wellness area was not working before 6pm on both evenings and was going to be the same on the last day too. This is a serious lack of amenities for the same price. Then my room key failed on 3 separate times. Meaning that i was locked out of my room with my partner in her pyjamas. Luckily we had friends in the next room. That said the staff were excellent, breakfast was good, beds comfy and clean rooms, with the hotel in a good position."

"I highly recommend this hotel. The quality for money is excellent. I loved the authentic feel of this hotel- nothing about it was "cookie-cutter", The rooms were traditionally appointed in their decor yet all of the modern amenities were provided. The beds and linens were comfortable. The view of the canal was an added bonus and the adorable city center of Bruges was mere minutes away. "

"Really nice hotel and couldn’t be in a better location, gated car park (needs booking - at a fee but worth it) lovely breakfast too. Room needs some adjustments, velux window was partly open on arrival and wouldn’t fully shut. Limited amount of plugs especially for the kettle (very random). Friendly reception staff, would come back"
