"The hotel is located in a residetual suberb and not very convenient for facilities considerering the hotel kitchen does not operate on Sundays. The reception staff when we arrived were very helpful, and the staff in the bar and restaurant on the night were great. Our dinner was superb value for money. "It was great to have such a nice place to stay with such a good view! Truly unexpected. Small things to help for next guests would be an ashtray for outside and paper towels and frying pan in the kitchen. The check in /out process was great. Maybe adjusting the listing on Expedia too so guests don’t think it’s another location becuase that was a little confusing. Otherwise we had a nice stay and great time in Zagreb! Thank you for everything!"

"It was good overall, the only thing i would recommend adjusting is the parking, its really tight and the entrance to the garage. Some cars are bigger and hard to get in. Also, i didnt like that parking is a charge. It shouldnt be. The hair dryer was old and took me forever to dry my hair. Other than thet, everything was great."

"Stayed at this hotel driving through Europe from UK to Greece, it was really great on the whole, they looked after us extremely well and the room was spacious and well equiped. Parking was a bit expensive. Breakfast was nice: salami/cheese, bread and selection of cereal vibes."
