"The Cornaro Hotel was simply wonderful! The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive - meats, cheeses, fruit, pastries Or they would prepare a omelette to your liking! The hotel also had a wellness spa where I indulged in a wonderful facial. There is also a gym. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the "Old Split" where there are ancient buildings, shops, a promenade and remnants of Diocletian"s palace. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Split."

"Booked this hotel on a B&B deal as part of a two centre stay in Croatia - Split to Dubrovnik then back to Split. Hotel Lapad ticked all our boxes - all staff very attentive, especially reception staff. Room fine albeit with a bit of a trek from the ground floor. Location fine. Parking useful. No complaints."
