"This is a great hotel and the staff are lovely! Trying to access the lobby for check in was difficult with the streetcars and traffic out in front…very intimidating for foreigners. Once the parking is located, it is easy and safe to get to the hotel and to your room. Directions to the underground parking should be emphasized. "

"Hotel is conveniently located about 5 minutes walk from main train station, main bus station was about a 20 minute walk. Close to a tram stop at the train station which made it easy to use public transportation around the city. Also, very walkable to main tourist attractions, 10-15 minutes. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was comfortable & clean, good hot shower. Breakfast included was great, many choices & tasty. "

"This was a great property. Seemed really fancy and really want to go back in the summer when the pool is available. Parks close, dining and shopping close. 30 min walk to the city center and was really just all round comfortable and accommodating. "
