Staff in the dining room work diligently to make sure all the dirty plates are removed and clean tables are ready. Immediately replenish the plates at the buffet and greet you with a smile. "This is an incredible hotel. As an American visiting Armenia, this will be my place to stay every time. The staff are amazing. The breakfast is incredible and the pool is perfect temperature. I have a 1 year old with me and everyone has been so accommodating. I just extended my stay here because… oh my god how amazing it is. If you are visiting from US or Europe, I promise you that this is where you want to stay. All the love from room 1209 "

"The place was wonderful. The staff (only one person) was very helpful to recommend many things to do including bus and marchuteny route numbers. Very close to the center of town - located inside an apartment building (shank) that local people live in - real homey and genuine. Wonderful fresh cut flowers in the room and live rooms on the window sill. Will stay here again."

"The location of the property was the only thing it has going for it. The beds don’t have a proper sheet on it and you can clearly see the dirty stained mattress. They give you an old dirty brown blanket and I don’t know who you have to bribe to get the hot water running. We begrudgingly stayed one night even though we had booked 3 and the next morning packed up and left. It’s an old, run down hotel that needs major upgrades and tlc. "

Pros: large suite Cons: poor room service, poor communications, unskilled staff, low grade/quality food Details: - The staff didn't clean our suite properly. We'd have to literally ask for the simplest things. Once, we ordered breakfast to be brought to our suite. The breakfast leftover was sitting on our table until we got back in the evening.
