"centrally located hotel, excellent staff, nice size rooms with amenities, very comfortable bed and pillows. outlets in my room could not hold in power converters they were loose and falling down, but the staff was excellent and provided with hotels own converter for my use which held ok still bit loose"

"Very friendly staff. I made a mistake with the safe and the receptionist saved me! Can’t thank her enough as I had a flight in few hours and it was 2 am!!! There was no ventilation in the bathroom which made it quite smelly and the bath tub was too high. I am a tall woman 178 cm and I found id with a bit of challenge to get in and out of the bath tub. Would definitely ask for shower instead. There was mould in the bathroom and the bath shield wasn’t clean. I gave full star as it was really cheap...

"I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room. Which certainly was an improvement, but barely 3 stars let alone 4. I was...
