"This is an incredible hotel. As an American visiting Armenia, this will be my place to stay every time. The staff are amazing. The breakfast is incredible and the pool is perfect temperature. I have a 1 year old with me and everyone has been so accommodating. I just extended my stay here because… oh my god how amazing it is. "I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room.
