"Generally very nice with a secluded location on a beach to the north of Boracay. The Tree Top Villa was very nice with a to-die-for view of the beach. If I am being picky, a few bits of the hotel are getting a little worn, but nothing serious. Staff generally excellent. Location is a little remote but there is a straight forward shuttle in to D’Mall every couple of hours. It’s a place for serenity’s rather than being in the centre of the action "

"Highlights of our stay at the resort. 1. The amenities were great. The resort took care of everything including pick up and drop off at the airport - for a modest fee, of course. This service really impressed me. Did not have to line up to pay for all the govt fees and terminal fees at the port and they have their own boat that takes you from their welcome center to the port in Boracay. Something that would probably make this better is to have their boat drop us off at the resort itself. 2....

"This is an amazing property. The comment has been made that it is 20 minutes from the main beach but it is so quiet and beautiful I thoroughly recommend it. There is a shuttle that goes regularly to the main beach which you can catch up to 1030 at night or you just catch a taxi and it's approximately nine dollars Australian. There was an issue with changing the breakfast menu as mentioned in many reviews but they have now decided to go for buffet every morning and the buffet is delicious...

"5/6 nights. Unlike other countries (e.g. Mexico) that I felt obliged tipping staff members, in here staff members are somewhat shy receiving tips which makes me wanting to give more. Almost all staff members we dealth with are polite, respectful and nice. They clean the pool each day in the morning. We enjoyed watching the monkeys randomly visiting the balcony, they visited us once. I will surely recommend this place to friends and officemates for holiday. "

"Best hotel in Boracay Island. Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Beautiful relaxing family friendly. We really enjoyed our holiday at The Orient Beach Boracay hotel. The facilities were fabulous. There is a great pool. Free breakfast and free shuttle to the beach. Housekeeping staffs are amazing and provided excellent service. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel."

"Awesome place. Very quiet and secluded from the all too crowded and busy Boracay. If you want to mingle with down to earth local people. This is the place to stay. Scenery is spectacular here with lush tropical settings. Get a guide to take you around the island’s hot spots. Much to see here. Only one thing I’d like to see next time would be grading and cleaning of the beach front of debris and seaweed. Highly recommended staying here. Thank you Lana’s and see you again soon. "

"Very affordable hotel. Close to the beach. Amenities could be better. They provide such a small amount of shampoo & body wash so you have to keep asking for more once you run out. They also throughly check your room before you check out (which has never happened to me before at any hotel we’ve stayed at). We forgot one hanger at the Lind as we were part of a wedding there and forgot to grab the hanger so they ended up charging us for it! They also have free breakfast which was ok. "
