"No cross walk to get to the beach from the hotel. Feel unsafe crossing otherwise the hotel is clean but also need an elevator. Climbing the stairs are a bit strenuous esp. for the older folks."

"24 hour security, friendly and accommodating staff, clean place. This place is a hidden gem in busy Bora. Will definitely recommend and would vouch for this place. "

"Very clean and well refurbished. Facing the beach. Roof top terrace. Central, 5 min walks from station one but on the other side of the Island. The beach is for kite surfer and it's more chilled than the crowded white beach. windy and specially in the morning with the low tide the beach is a bit dirty and smelly. The view from my room wasn't nice, it's facing an under-construction tall building instead of the beach. For that price i was expecting a room cleaning service but it wasn't included....

"Bulbs burnt out in room, refrigerator not working and asked to have replaced. I don't believe it ever was. As much as you charge per night, slightly overconcerned about towel limits. Wave pool not running 2 full days we were there but no problem running day we left. Was not in system so communication issue with website and hotel !!!!!!"

"Thin walls, bad air conditioning, not so much beach view. We couldn't open the curtains because they where renovating. Wish we knows this before so we could pick something else that let ous sleep good. Unfortunately they started around 08 with hammering the roof and the walls. "

"Absolutely beautiful property! Staff is superb!! Clean, updated and everything was as advertised. The location is away from the D-Mall, so if you're looking for a quiet relaxing getaway, this is the place for you. Although town is just a 10 minute, 300 peso e-trike trip away. Food and drinks are a little pricey, but good quality. Overall a terrific, well run resort for the money."

"We like the interior aesthetics of the hotel, the location, the price point, and most of all, the friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is the lack of peace and quiet in the beach area. I wish the authorities would limit the number of beach hawkers hard selling us for activities, merchandise sales, assistance with photography, etc. Also, it would be great if the beach were regularly cleaned of trash especially plastics. If the hotel owners could lobby with the local government in this regard, it would be great for a better Boracay experience for local Cal’s and tourists alike."

Underrated Hotel

"5/6 nights. Unlike other countries (e.g. Mexico) that I felt obliged tipping staff members, in here staff members are somewhat shy receiving tips which makes me wanting to give more. Almost all staff members we dealth with are polite, respectful and nice. They clean the pool each day in the morning. We enjoyed watching the monkeys randomly visiting the balcony, they visited us once. I will surely recommend this place to friends and officemates for holiday. "

"Really enjoyed my stay. Beach is amazing. Pool is amazing. Breakfast is great. Staff is super nice. SPA was very relaxing. Various options to get to the hotel. Rooms are a little bit outdated but tbh it’s perfect just to sleep and shower..:)"
