"The room is a little dated but otherwise super clean and spacious. Another disappointment is thst the hotel only have shower in the onsen which many guests may like the experience but better if the hotel can consider shower room for people who wants privacy. Anyway, still I would recommend this hotel."

"Great location, right next to the train station with shops nearby. Nice but small onsen and friendly staff. Only complaint was that certain areas did smell like cigarette smoke. Otherwise excellent stay."

"Hotel was clean, beds are hard. Nothing around food wise, but they let us know before arriving via message which was great. English was on the display along with Japanese for any travelers. We came via car, parking was good. "

"Property was in good repair. Food staff were helpful when i didnt know enough japanese to do it properly. Walking around the city there is a fish smell, due to being a fishing village. Not much in the way of public transport. "

"This was a gorgeous place to be in the middle of Winter. The hotel is amazing and the surrounding nature and lake are breathtaking. Ee had a few things planned for the visit, but preferred just to stay in the hotel/resort"

"A really clean hostel that provided a clean set of towels and toothbrush set. There’s a curtain for each bed so I had privacy. Even if it’s full house, there was ample space for luggage. There’s a comfy lounge area with water dispenser for me to chill. Don’t forget to try the curry rice. It was exceptionally good and slightly different from the regular Japanese curry. Toya lake was just across the street and the famous Waseimo store was right in front of The Toya. Two combi stores nearby if you like to get snacks. "
