Really good option!
Check in was good although the room didn’t have A/C operable at first. To be fair this was rectified quickly. The view from room 35 was incredible over the sea! The beds are very hard but this is fairly standard for the accommodation in my experience. Would recommend

Amazing quiet location
Amazing location. Quiet complex with spacious villas with own terrace and sun loungers. Friendly helpful staff. Food is ok but can be repetitive. Really like this place as we enjoy the coastal walk into playa Blanca.

Liked the patio that was at the properry and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have hoped but apartments were clean and large. Perfect for a family break.

Great vilas beautiful scenery. Its not very lively but we dint want that so was perfect. We met a few families that were staying there and had nothing to do, so my advice is rent a car if you want to stay here and venture out. We covered the whole island, it only takes a hour to to drive right across litterly. The food was great. Amazing walks, close to everything if you have a car, cant stress this enough get a car!. Great holiday we dint want to come home.

Relaxing location.
Just got back from the Coral Beach and absolutely loved our stay. The complex is exceptionally clean and well looked after. We were half board and found that it suited us. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The chill out bar was perfect for watching the sun set and the hotels location is perfect if you want a relaxing quiet break. If you are looking for a lively hotel with activities and entertainment morning noon and night this may not be the place for you. But we will be returning in the next few months, loved it.

Last minute we booked for winter sun Good location But charge for everything Safe WiFi Pool towels deposit Our kitchen did not have tea towels Washing up cloths No plugs in bath and Sinks Water runs cold as hot water tank to small Breakfast was ok but cold Can not have water or tea coffee on half board at breakfast or dinner If you want just the room it is a good location Or all the gear needed to cook

Lovely hotel, best sunset we have ever seen.
Came to this hotel on a last minute term time getaway. Family of 5 including 2ch and 1 inf, we wanted a beach holiday with gauranteed sun. I was in two minds after reading reviews (like you would do, trying a new place with children). Lets put it this way, if we had judged the hotel off the reviews we would never of booked. Lovely staff, Lovely layout, one of the best hotels situated to see an amazing sunset. Our children loved it. Understanding its not for everyone and some negative reviews stated about how far out the hotel was from Playa Blanca Centre. We did not find this a problem at all, of course we opted for taxi transfers and decided to hire a car for half our stay (definatley recommended) due to our young children, but this was not to say that walking was definatly able to do. We went AL, expecting the children to eat everything they saw (their at that age). Wished we had gone just BB as we found that we ate out quite bit just due to the lovely resturants in the centre and marina. The hotel food was lovely, sometimes repetative but something for everyone. My son has a cow milk allergy, there was no problem at all, we made the staff aware and they even cooked special food for him, going above and beyond than some places we've been.

Such a shame!
The peace and quiet, the position of the hotel and the accommodation were all just great but the the staff could not cope and were over worked. Never have I been to an all inclusive resort where I have had to clear a table and lay it myself before dining, breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was shocking and the restaurant was dirty as a result because the staff were constantly fighting fire - this made them grumpy and tired and not at all welcoming. One waitress was pregnant and run off her feet doing long shifts. The food was fine, but your initial experience almost put you off.

The staff were extremely rude in particular the manager. The food was very minimal in terms of the range & had to eat out 3/5 nights. The room itself was lovely however there was nothing in the area of the hotel at all & it is a minimum of one hour walk to playa Blanca or 6-7 euros in a taxi. I would never normally write a review however would not stay here again.

Nice quiet location away from it all. Hotel situated about 10 minutes by taxi away from playa Blanca centre on the south west of the island with beautiful views and the best sunset money can buy,

Budget all the way. Cold, bland food. Damp room, damp bed, hard mattress. Poor room facilities. 'All inclusive joke' - extremely low quality drinks, meals always cold, no bottled water, not enough covers in the restaurant - we needed to wait for a table most days. Last 2 days of our holiday we gave up and ate out for all meals. A terrible, terrible hotel, if you're considering staying here.....don't!!!

Overall good!
Stayed here for 5 days last week, loved the complex. Beautiful views of the sea and lovely grounds. Restaurant and bar staff really good. First time all inclusive and menu options were varied, although food wasn't piping hot. Only downside for me was the bed was quite hard so can't say I had a decent night's sleep. The chargeable WIFI was limited to one device. Complex is not within walking distance of the main part of Playa Branca. We hired a moped and car for our stay. Island is very easy to get around with just the road signs for navigation. If ever lost just follow the coast! To conclude I would stay here again.

when we booked this hotel we were not aware just how far it was from the hub of things being some 3.5 miles from Flamingo beach.Also we were half board and were astonished that tea coffee and water we had to buy to accompany our breakfast.Of course we expected to buy wine etc but commodities such as tea coffee and WATER we found very mean. Not a place for winter holidays as there isn't a decent sized lounge bar for evenings just a Chill Out area which I can say definitely chilled us out-freezing.In summer I would expect it to "come to life" but not a winter venue. So windy as it is set in a very open aspect. Studio at least had a kitchen but very very sparsely kitted out as I believe the management would prefer you not to use it.Absolutely no sink or bath plugs to be found but I insisted in having these supplied. Not enough hot water to bath so showering was our only option. Good taxi service but does cost 5.5 euros into the centre.We did walk sometimes but not in evening as dark and cold.it was quiet Would I visit it again-most likely not.
