"Nice location right on the lagoon. The pods are good - there’s lights, electric sockets and a fan. The openings to our pod were ripped and the zip handles damaged and a little difficult to open and close. The light breakfast was good. "

"The pool is very far from the room. Sliding doors don’t close properly allowing mosquitos to come in. I don’t blame the staff. They are very friendly and tried to help however this property doesn’t look like anything advertised. The bed is made of cement and the mattress is hard. We can’t sit on the porch due to bats droppings and smells of bats. "

"Our family of four adults enjoyed our stay at Villas Karalv. The owners lived right on the property and were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size, the bathroom on the small size. The A/C worked great. Water pressure is low but it worked out fine for us. There is a mini frig, 2 burners for cooking, which we did not do, and a coffee maker, nice size patio with table and chairs. The beds were comfortable. "Everything was great with our stay Oct 26th 2024 for one night however when I booked 2 days prior it said I would be charged at the property at checkin but was still immediately charged $75.94. When I checked in at the property on 26th they charged me another $76.90. It has been 3 calls now to request a refund and 2 weeks after still nothing. This was my only concern."
