Very nice property, we enjoyed the pool and the lagoon, compared to other places we visited, the lagoon area in front of the hotel was clean with crystal clear water. The staff was super friendly and professional! One thing we absolutely did not like is that you have no control over the AC, you need to call the staff to operate it and that was quite annoying, hopefully they will find a better way to do this, at least access to turn on/off would have nice.

I was amazed by the comfort, cleanliness and upscale feel to the rooms, the quality of the food from the restaurant and the tranquility of the Lake and the surrounding environment. You will need a car to get to the center but only a 5 minute drive away. The staff were very friendly and helpful.I would definitely reccomend a stay here.

Everything was beautiful, the pools clean and warm, the food and service was incredible, great service. Betza at the front desk was very kind and helpful, the other person at the font desk when we were leaving not so much, kinda hostile and in bad mood.

Gorgeous hotel right on the lagoon. The staff were attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing I would mention is they should have bikes to rent. We had to spend money on taxis every time we wanted to go to centro Bacalar. But other than that the stay was perfecto!

This property and the service that we received were magnificent. The staff were glorious and attentive, with great amenities available. The spa only had one therapist so we had to stagger appointments, but not a big deal. We had some pool side snacks and ordered dinner from room service one night. The food & cocktails were spectacular. Very convenient to town, but also has everything you need. A few other resorts & restaurants are within walking distance as well. Property is new and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Rooms were spacious & well designed, including rainfall shower, extra counter space, large balcony, great air con & hot water.

Had an amazing experience at Hotel Cristalino. The service was top-notch and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The room was a great size and I had the option of choosing which scent I preferred for the soaps and lotions provided. The lagoon was absolutely breathtaking and you are able to borrow kayaks or paddle boards from the front desk to explore it.

El hotel es muy lindo, la ubicación en la laguna es perfecta, el personal muy atento, lo único que lo demerita es su restaurante, la cocina no es rica, las porciones muy pequeñas y muy caro; nosotros solo lo probamos un día y con eso basto para salir a desayunar, comer, cenar fuera. Es una lastima, si no seria perfecto!

Las vistas son increibles y la ubicación privilegiada, a un lado del cenote esmeralda. Hacen un grupo de whatsapp a tu llegada y siempre están atentos a todo lo que necesitas, la atención es realmente extraordinaria y perdonalizada. Te dan a escoger entre 3 aromas para el set de jabones, shampoo y acondicionador. Por lo general hay toallas en cada camastro a tu disposición. Cuando te levantas en la noche hay luz tenue automática en lavabo y baño. Además de la limpieza normal de la habitación, por la tarde, si destendiste la cama, ellos la vuelven a tender y te preparan la cama para dormir con unos pequeños detalles. Hay kayak de 1 y 2 plazas, paddle board, incluidos con tu estancia. Los jardines están impecables. Las 2 albercas son climatizadas y están en muy buenas condiciones. Las camas, ropa de cama y las almohadas son muy comodas. Mucho personal en el hotel, hay personal por todos lados, siempre hay alguien dispuesto a auydarte. Solo son 20 habitaciones, lo cual lo hace muy tranquilo y sin ruido, ya que es solo adultos. Estuvimos 5 días y 4 noches los alimentos en el restaurante son muy buenos y el servicio es excelente, los precios son acordes a Bacalar y al hotel.

El hotel es maravilloso , la comida es mala por ser amable , los precios son normales para una estancia en un hotel de este tipo ( comida , bebidas ) , muy cómodo , lo único no tan agradable es el servicio , llegue 1:30 y se que el check in es hasta las 3, me ofrecen pagar 2 mil pesos para entrar antes , cosa que me negué pero vi que los cuartos estaban listos y el hotel a menos del 50% de su capacidad , después al salir quise pagar mis consumos y al pagar 420 pesos con un billete de 1000 me piden dejarlo así ya que no tiene cambio con cara de risa , me negué y fue tardado , entiendo pero es un hotel donde la gente paga consumos , deben estar más listos , muy poco personal en el hotel , no es que esté mal pero para pedir un kayac o lo que sea tienes que ir a recepción todo el tiempo .
