"1. This hotel is "far away" from downtown Harbin. 2. Don't trust the map. When it gets traffic jam, you will need 1 and half hours to get to the airport. 3. "The staff does not speak English at all. Make sure you have a translator on your phone. The internet speed is unacceptable (unusable). "The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center."
