"The condition of the room and hot spring facilities in the room were fine. The shower head didn't work though. At check in hotel staff had the wrong name on our reservation and it took longer to check in. Breakfast was a plus. A passable place for an overnight stay in Wulai."

"We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! "

"We stayed in room 311. The aircon of the room was very bad. Totally poor. It got so bad that we have to get a fan. It is summer, the hotel can do better than to control the aircon at such a high temperature. To be honest, the hotel lobby is so much cooler. "

"Beautiful mountain property. Every morning outside was so peaceful. Our room was a little rough and a hard mattress. But it was a peaceful and beautiful 20 minute walk to old Wulai street. The staff was nice and very helpful. Most importantly, the water was excellent. The private bath filled quickly and the minerals were so good for our skin!"
