"With the room size, room was surprisingly spacious due to the bed placement. The separate toilet and shower also is a good idea so that there can be 2 people using at the same time. Hotel staff also very helpful, they even volunteered to book taxi for us as we have an early flight the following day. The hotel is also walking distance to Gloria outlet mall."

"Convenience stores and Food options were conveniently located around the property. The lift service is terribly slow for the higher floors, especially in the mornings. The building is a combination of workspaces at the mid-levels and rooms at the higher levels, and only 2 lifts serve for the high floors. During the morning hours where both working people are trying to get in and people from the hotel are trying to get out (between 8 to 9 plus), it is virtually impossible to get a lift within 15...

"The hotel is very well located within 5 minutes from Ximending MRT and with many shops and restaurants around. The room is a bit small, but clean with all the necessary amenities. The only downside is the noise during the weekend if you're a light sleeper."

"Hotel is just around 2 mins walk after exiting from Z4 of taipei main station and right opposite of shin kong mitsukoshi mall. It’s a bustling street with lots of food options (local, mcd, starbucks) , bubble tea shops, and clothing shops such as uniqlo. Daiso is just right below at ground floor and the hotel lift door opens up to a huge drug store at level 3. One can just take the lift down and shop for snacks or necessities in their pj. Super convenient location. Room can be cleaned everyday...

"Beyond amazing experience!! Spacious & well-decorated room; sparkling clean & comfortable. It also equips quality toiletries. I came to TPE for a concert & found Joyfultel awesome for concert goers. It is quite near to NTSU Arena, saving the transport time. The most enjoyment was that they broadcasted the concert related performer's music & gave away small gifts. I very much enjoyed my stay. Thanks to the friendly & welcoming staff. Will come again!"

"This place was great! Super clean and convenient to the main road. They also had free breakfast! I think the only suggestion I had was to maybe mark the breakfast items for vegetarians. The front desk did explain to me which ones were okay to eat but my Chinese isn’t the best. But everything else was great!"

"I like the location of the resort, it is a get-away place for urban people. But it seems like the facility is moderate in terms of attraction and decoration. If you just want a quiet place to stay for the weekend, that is a good place."

"Hotel far exceeded expectations. Booked the suite and the rooms was better than even the photos show. Suite was spacious, had a kitchen (not expecting that), and well-appointed bathroom. Appears to be recently renovated as well. Area is very easy to find and walkable to just about anything you need (shopping, food, bus/train, temple, morning market, pharmacy, etc)."

"Great hotel with super attentive staff. Room is very comfortable and has great amenities. The checkin was easy and the staff were always available to assist during our stay. Hotel is conveniently situated above Q Square which has a great selection of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Train and Bus stations are also downstairs in the shopping mall. Perfect place to discover the city. Only thing this hotel could improve is their Gym, its not set up very well and the equipment is pretty bad.. Will definitely be back to this hotel next year!"
