"The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. "Lovely apartment in great location next to city centre. The owner had an issue with previous guests who trashed the apartment, however when we arrived the apartment was clean and in great condition. Only issue was a slight dampness to couch due to him having to clean because of previous users. This would not put me off using this apartment again, thank you for the use of your apartment"

"Perfectly placed in town with allocated parking. Friendly greeting on arrival and no surprises when entering the room. Unfortunately the room opposite was being used by restaurant guests as a toilet and attracted a couple of groups that were a bit loud but it did not overly affect the view of the stay. TV was in an awful position as it was impacted by the post of the bed and the light in the fridge was a bit annoying during the night as I’m a lite sleeper. Nice and clean, water and soft drinks...

"We loved staying here for my 30th birthday. the hotel was in such a great location with Tower Hill station so close and right across the road from the Tower of London and the Thames. The room was better than we had expected and the facilities were lovely. Fab cocktails in the bar! "

"Hotel it right next to Tower Hill station, so getting around on london metro was incredibly easy. 5 min walk from tower of london/tower bridge. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, I actually looked forward to it everyday. My wife and I have already agreed that Leonardo Royal Hotel London City will be our go to spot to stay next time we’re in London. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, ritzy but not too ritzy hotel. "

Excellent Hotel

"Excellent service and room. Clean and tidy with kind staff. The room was well maintained and clean, with a particually smart and modern bathroom. Comfortable bed and good views of the Gherkin over the top of the buildings. Theres a tube station literally next door to the hotel which allows quick access to the Circle and Metropolitan lines. Overall excellent stay."
