"We stayed at Righ recently for a birthday weekend and absolutely loved it. The building has been recently renovated to an incredibly high standard with top end fixtures and fittings. The location was ideal for us- close to shops, bars and restaurants but not overly busy at night. We stayed in the King George Suite and couldn’t fault it. "Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was great. Nice location, very nice bar and our room was amazing. It has a nice lounge area, a kitchen and a very nice bed on the upper level. The bathroom was very nice and even better with the shower beers! The staff at the hotel were brilliant. Always there for anything you need and very friendly. We would definitely go back! "

"Edinburgh is all stairs so we expected it but worked hard to get to the top. Lol. Lovely flat with castle views as promised. Everything was tidy and organized. It was a very nice place even tho we weren’t there very long. I’d have liked a blow dryer for my hair but there were nice space heaters so it all worked out. "

Excellent all round

"An excellent hotel, clean, comfortable and brilliantly located just under Edinburgh Castle (with a fabulous view of it too!) in the old town. Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful, especially the wonderful Estel. Also liked they have filtered water fountains on each floor so you can refill your water bottle for free. Can't rcommend this hotel enough, I'll definitely be back. "
