"The property was excellent, rooms large and clean. The employees were professional and friendly. However the parking situation was terrible. There was not enough parking for the size of the hotel. There was a dirt lot at the back end of the property which looked very unsafe. Too many EV spots not enough for gas cars. Also the parking lot was full of large work trucks and vans in the evening. I’m not sure if they rented those spots taking away from paying guests or they were also guests. "

"I chose this property due to the closeness to Universal Studios I like the Bungalow effect the rooms could be a little bit nicer but I would recommend staying at this property just be prepared that you're in Los Angeles and sometimes the surrounding area can be intimidating however the staff was very nice and helpful"
