"This was a nice spot to relax and unwind while visiting Jeju. The front desk staff were kind and helpful and the restaurant Nextdoor had delicious food! Very friendly. "We stayed in Camper C1. The host was very nice, but that was the only good thing. Many items in the camper were broken or didnt work. The kitchen was very poorly supplied, and largely unusable, unless you wanted to barbeque outside. The worst part however was the bathroom. The shower which sprays on the floor doesnt drain. The bathroom floors and walls are covered in mold. There wasnt a proper window covering in the bathroom, just a towel hanging in front of it which was, you guessed it, also...

"Service was excellent, from front desk staff to valet. They had the car already outside for us when we checked out. It seems to be an older building which they are working to improve. The hallways were stiffy and one of the bathrooms smelled pretty bad. We tolerated it since we were staying for just one night. "

"The hotel was nice and the staff was even nicer. He made sure we had plenty of towels and water, breakfast in the morning and greeted us each time we came in and out of the hotel. "This hotel was amazing. The staff were so nice and helpful, and most spoke English. The food was delicious at the restaurant and I enjoyed the hot tub in the room. Walking to the Secret Garden was fun and scenic. They helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my friend as well. Highly recommend for both winter and summer!"
