"We used the gym and spa which were well equipped and Spa was OK. There were some families in with small children enjoying the pool so it wasn’t particularly relaxing and quiet but the steam and sauna were nice. Room was clean and hotel was relatively quiet. Being on the edge of town it’s quite a walk to the centre but we used the excellent bus service, leaving just across the road from the hotel and only £2 per trip. We’d stay here again, good value accommodation for Oxford."

"Had a really lovely stay at The Heyford. The staff are very welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Our room was lovely, we were upgraded to a room with a balcony, very clean and comfortable. Whilst there aren’t any facilities outside of the hotel other than Sainsbury’s opposite we felt this didn’t matter as you can drive to so many fabulous places.
