The ladder is a great people watching spot. The service was uniformly, super friendly and always helpful. If you are not familiar with Oxford, as we were not, please note that a lot of of the roads around the hotel Are pedestrian only, and Waze did not fully appreciate that. The porter came to our rescue and helped us navigate things. "

"Location was perfect for myself and the wife. We checked in and parked the car outside the hotel I would recommend paying for the valet parking. A couple of minutes walk and we were in the buzz of the city. Lovely Room, Staff were all fantastic and a Good breakfast 5 stars from us and we will be going back "
