"The property has a great location, easy to get to & close to everything in Winter Park. But it definitely needs updating & overall work done to it. The baseboard heat wasn’t working when we arrived, we called and they said they’d have maintenance check on it but we never saw anyone come or any improvement in the 4 days we stayed. "A wonderful hotel ideally situated in the centre of Winter Park Village. The hotel was very warm, comfortable with spacious rooms and plenty of towels and toiletries The beds were super comfortable and breakfast choice was excellent. There was plenty for everyone, both hot and cold choices. There was a great hot tub out at the back which I made use of. I’m so glad I chose this hotel due to its location.
