"This hotel was really nice and clean. We weren’t sure what to expect when we read “urban studio” on our reservation and were pleasantly surprised when we saw we had a kitchenette, living room area, and bedroom separated by the bathroom. The hotel is in a really good location right by the 16th street mall which made it pretty easy to walk to a lot of things but also offered the option to use the free mall bus. "Overall, hotel was very good. Two issues: 1, confusion about what room we were actually in caused some issues with house keeping. 2. Breakfast had lots to choose from. However, food prep area was not kept clean. Other than those two minor issues, things were great. "
