"When we arrived we were upgraded to a rooftop suite with hot tub, the room was absolutely fabulous, we were shown around all the facilities and then left to enjoy our stay, all the staff were very attentive nothing was to much, very friendly and approachable. "My stay was great from the moment I got checked in by Persia who was lovely and even offered to see if the kitchen would prepare me something even though they had just closed. After my long journey from London it was a very good welcome. My room had a beautiful window with a view of the Lake and the mountains.
