"The check-in process was quick and easy. Staff instantly helped with our luggage before we even got in the doors. The room was very nice. It was spacious and very clean. You could walk around and not bump into each other/furniture. They provided snacks and a stocked fridge (additional charges). The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. We ordered room service and that's probably the one thing that could improve. We got the food quickly which was nice. The food itself was just okay. It was definitely great to have room service as an option though since many hotels don't offer it anymore. I tend not to even bother looking for hotels that offer room service bc its rare so we were pleasantly surprised to learn they had this service. Thr location was close to many stores, restaurants, bars and the city itself. We felt safe walking around. All staff was friendly. The bar / lounge area was very nice. I'd definitely stay here again without a doubt. "
