"We had a wonderful stay at The Whitehall a week and a half ago. The property is beautiful and in a great location. The real star of the property, though, is the wonderful staff. In particular, Arteshia was incredibly kind and professional as we arrived at 3am after several flight delays and car rental problems. Arteshia took fantastic care of us, welcoming us to the property and swiftly checking us in. She was absolutely wonderful. Additionally, Shirley at the front desk was equally wonderful....

"We won't stay again at this busy time of year with all the holiday parties in your hotel. Alot of effort is made for those party attendees but not so much for the overnight guest. Also, $32 a day for parking seems to be a great amount. I did like we could go in and out with the room key. I put up the ironing board and it feel apart. legs fell off. I called housekeeping at 9:30am. She assured me that she would send up a replacement. We returned at 6:30pm and the board was still lying on our...
