"The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,"

"We had the best experience with high class service all around. This hotel has some amazing views of the red sea. The room looked magnificent and luxurious all facilities in the hotel were luxurious and the hotel atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing with pleasant smell all around the hotel.
