"Nice old building (gargoyles!) Done up well, right across Rundle Mall. Nice rooftop bar, breakfast good though a bit pricey. Area very central, so convemient; but also a bit noisy (tram; Hindley st nightlife). I also found the elevator bing sounds a bit annoying overnight; but was in a room right opposite the elevator, so this is likely not an issue in most rooms."

"Great location for what we needed, tv aerial was playing up so couldn’t watch anything. Room was very clean, was a bit musty but that went away after running aircon for a bit. Bathroom whilst not modern, it was very clean. We had some medical appts and motel allowed us to leave car longer than paid for, very grateful for that as would have been difficult to find a park where we were. "

"The positive is that is on the beach and the tram is just outside. All the shops are just there. Stunning views, even if you get a hills view, you get an amazing sunrise. Overall is a bit dated and can get noisy, not from the hotel but from bars on Jetty road. The $300 pending deposit needs to change.
