"The staff was phenomenal! Everyone was so accommodating, helpful, how light, and just a joy. It's right in the heart of the French quarter, and at the same time when you retreat to your room for the evening it is quiet. It is meticulously clean. "The first thing i noticed was a funky smell as soon as i came in the door. Whatever. I quickly got used to it and it was not an issue after that. Staff were great. "We picked our stay in New Orleans to be at Chateau Lemoyne because of a prior successful stay. We checked in early and so that may have changed our room, but we were given room #558. There was a hum coming from the bathroom that made the 1st night tough to sleep. We asked to change rooms, and we were given #room 238. The breakfast was convenient to have set up every morning and the kitchen staff kept the area well stocked and clean.
