"Was assigned a room in the ground floor, the bed was wet and the room had a lot of mosquitoes and was smelling very bad. The bathroom door din’t have lock from outside. Requested for room change. That room had the same standards and the room entrance has a plate with a greasy and smelly plate with half eaten chicken bones on it. "

"I wouldn't know I did not visit the property, somebody hacked my account and made this reservation as well as stayed there. Unfortunately, staff at the hotel would not check to see if the people were really who they they were. So here I sit paying for somebody else's vacation."
