"Amazing hotel for a trip to celebrate my fiancée’s 40th birthday. Friendly and helpful staff at check in. Lovely room with balcony and view of the harbour. Great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend this hotel and 100% would come back again. 10/10"

"This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Stayed for one night, Xmas shopping trip. Triple room which was fine for 3 ladies, one of us had a birthday so the hotel gifted some fizz, cake and chocolate to our room. Also plenty of tea and coffee, nespresso machine. Marco Pierre restaurant was lovely as was the breakfast, plenty of choices. All staff great customer service. Would highly recommend. "

"Great Hotel with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was cosy, not huge but big enough for a couple of nights stay. Food was decent. Bit of a walk to car park if you are driving but it's through the park so a pleasant walk if the weather is nice."
