"Generous sized room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially concierge. Great location with close access to cruise terminal, and only about 18 minutes to airport. Close to shopping and dining options, though the food at the hotel was very good. Enjoyed afternoon tea and later supper too. Would definitely recommend."

"The staff really made the stay great. The morning breakfast team was great with our kids, and the front desk staff were quick, competent, and very helpful. The location can't be beaten if you have a cruise coming or going from Southampton."
