"Great budget hotel just outside main city centre perfect ideal fir seeing the sights and a stone throw from train station. Rooms are small but are well maintained comfortable and clean great for price point. Checkin was simple easy and hassle free only feedback that i could give was you should be able to prebook parking with a code the street outside is full and costs so need to either have pre booking or place to temp park while you get access to carpark. "Beautiful hotel, we stayed for three nights to visit the Christmas market. We had a Pillows suite which was very spacious with a walk in wardrobe! Very comfortable bed and great walk in shower. Was surprised that the hotel uses single use plastics for bathroom products still. The bar was very quiet and did not have much of a vibe, however we did stay in the week and perhaps it’s more lively at the weekend, however the cocktails were great! One of the most chilled and enjoyable breakfast...

"Staff is extremely friendly. Though they don’t have a bar on premise, the hotel is located right next to the main cathedral and is a 5 min walk to the night life area. But it’s off a side street that isn’t noisy. Room is a little small but it’s fine for me "

"Gorgeous Hotel, in one of Ghent’s most beautiful architectural landmarks. One feels they are staying in a museum of sorts. Perfect location. Bed linens fit for a King. Only drawback was my beautiful shower was up a steep staircase and if your mobility is challenged then this is a huge problem but I’m ever so glad I experienced this gem of an establishment. The staff is fantastic. "

"The rooms are very dated, the sofa which had been made into an extra bed had stains all over it the car park is very much need of some work which you have to pay 18 euros for Getting to the hotel as its on some kind of loop is hard as well we only used it for one night as a base and it did just that"

"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"Had a good stay for four nights, but it is more of an Airbnb than a hotel. I would not prefer their reception-less method if traveling alone. Rooms are spacious and quiet, but a little dingy/dusty. Showers would not stay warm for long in the evenings but mornings were fine. We had to contact owners for more towels and toilet paper but they arrived very quickly and seemed happy to check in with us. Extremely walk able area for beautiful Ghent, but getting to and from the train station required...

"We had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. The rooms are smallish but you get everything you need, although maybe an in room kettle would be useful. The shower was always warm and a good pressure on the water. The bed was very comfortable. Our room (239) was on the second floor towards the rear of the hotel so was a very quiet room. The food at breakfast was really nice and plenty of it, so felt good value. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is a great location for exploring Ghent being a 5 minute or so walk from the Cathedral, Belfry etc. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, it was a very enjoyable stay."
