"The property is a little bit outside of the city, but honestly, that was part of the charm! The owners are very kind and accommodating. Even though my party did not speak the best Chinese, we were checked into comfortable and clean rooms. We loved our stay there and it is foreigner approved!"

"The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center."

"The staff does not speak English at all. Make sure you have a translator on your phone. The internet speed is unacceptable (unusable). Also, you have to have a local cell phone number in order to log in on the internet. This is crazy for international guests staying at the hotel. The breakfast fair to poor. Very limited selection for Western choices and all the hot food was cold."

"1. This hotel is "far away" from downtown Harbin. 2. Don't trust the map. When it gets traffic jam, you will need 1 and half hours to get to the airport. 3. I share with others in that the biggest complaint is a lack of the staff's profesisonalism and tardiness. Checkin takes 15 minutes. Checkout takes 20 minutes. 4. "Overall quite a comfortable stay. Pillows were too flat for liking. And perhaps due to the high volume of guests over the festive period, they didn't have extra pillows at request, and ran out of sugar sachets at breakfast. Shower was nice and warm, pressure was great."
