"We like this historical charming property with a nice garden and indoor/ outdoor sitting areas. The property is in Manoa residential area near the university. It feels like visiting relatives in Hawaii. It is not resort hotel type of experience. Lisa works so hard to get us ice water and figure out the AC for us. She is such a nice host. We will like to come back and suggest this place to others."

"The staff were very friendly & accommodating! We enjoyed the free activities such as Aqua Zumba. We liked that environmentally friendly sunscreen was provided! The restaurant service was great. Nice balcony view of the pool! *The only issue we had was that there was a urine smell in the living room & it was on the sofa. Since this is a dog friendly hotel it could have come from a pet as well as a human. When reported to the front desk they immediately replaced the sofa cushions."

"I felt very at home here . Most of the staff are Native Hawaiian and they accommodate your every need promptly . The kitchen is big and the room is nostalgic . There were so many kitchen appliances , I could cook every day and even make a smoothie with their blender - surprising . "Kasa was so helpful, friendly and welcoming during the check in process and allocated me a fabulous room in my favourite part of the property where I can see my favourite body boarding reef. I feel completely safe in the hotel and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The staff at Momosan are too and their food is delicious. The hotel is in a great location for all beach activities, walking, shopping and dining. The Go Green housekeeping initiative is a terrific idea. It's impossible not to feel relaxed and happy when staying at the Alohilani. That was my 6th stay and I'll be back for more as long as they maintain their very high standards of customer service. Congratulations to the manager and all the staff for a job well done!"

"Excellent! Tha front desk service is nice, and very marm. When we told as parking charges not very reasonable, that their policy Is every stay will be reduced only $25 with our 7 days 2 room total Charge. But after we explain the unfair to us as booked from Hotel.com only received $25 . They are very happy to re-isuued a new discount for us. Even it's a small things, but we fell very marm. Otherwise 2 room 7 days is separated can be seven time discount. "
