"Staffs were very friendly ! Ngoc and Tai ( check in ) and Nam ( check out ) were amazing! Since it was slow season , they upgraded our room to ocean view to better our experience which was very kind of them ! "The owner of the place is nice but customer service from Cozrum Luxury - Aria Resort Vũng Tàu is terrible. When we got to the place, we had to call them more than 10 times to reach customer service to connect me with the owner of the apartment. Noone picked up the phone and we had to wait for an hour outside under the heat. We booked 2 days but there was power outage on the 2nd day from 8am to 3:30pm.
