"We booked the room through expedia. The room did not look like the pictures. The room was dirty with bugs. Staff is very unfriendly, we payed for a ocean view and didn't receive it. There were trees blocking the windows and also buildings. We asked why it didn't look like the picture, they told us that picture was taken 9 years ago. We asked for a refund, they refused to give our money back and forced us to stay. Terrible all around save your money and stay somewhere else."
