"We are traveling extensively throughout Vietnam, we found this place and could not be more impressed with the staff and the facilities. We took advantage of the facilities, including Pickleball pools, restaurants, and walking the beautiful gardens. Most impressive part of our stay was by far the attention to detail by the staff. We really enjoyed, our time with Daisy in services On the Pickleball annd dining and David the sales and marketing manager were both very helpful. Would highly...

Ho Tram Beach Boutique Resort & Spa

4.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (153)
"This is a lovely tropical beach resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa for 3 nights. While the weather didn't cooperate, we still had a great time. We were greeted by a lovely bowl of fresh fruit and complementary wine. They also provided a complementary photo shoot for my partner and I which is a lovely memento of our time there. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We didn't use the main pools but they looked clean and up to date. I had several spa treatments that were all...

"We loved our weekend at River Ray! I went with a couple friends and my dog, and we all had a lovely time. Very relaxing at the pool and the beach. We even got upgraded to a sweet villa! The staff we great and it was nice to see other people there with their dogs. But the resort area was still clean! The only downside was that the beach is covered in plastic (not the reaort’s fault!) and there was a loud camping group nearby playing extremely loud music. I never really understood if they were...

Valley Mountain Hotel

3.0 star property
6.0 out of 10, (11)
"We booked the room through expedia. The room did not look like the pictures. The room was dirty with bugs. Staff is very unfriendly, we payed for a ocean view and didn't receive it. There were trees blocking the windows and also buildings. We asked why it didn't look like the picture, they told us that picture was taken 9 years ago. We asked for a refund, they refused to give our money back and forced us to stay. Terrible all around save your money and stay somewhere else."

Beachfront Hotel

"I feel like I was scammed when I booked a room at this hotel. The picture is different from reality, very old and moldy, the refrigerator & bathroom are full of black mold, the changing cabinet is broken and no one can fix it. At 8:00 a.m. when I went down to the breakfast room, there was nothing to eat because they didn't refill anything, only soup, fruit, and a few cold dishes were left. I sat down to eat until 8:35 a.m. when the staff kept asking if breakfast was done so they could serve it,...
