"About the only positive thing I can say for this property is that it was quiet. Also the young lady at the reception desk when we checked out, listened, was sympathetic and very polite. Otherwise the negative points to this property overshadowed every thing else. They could not lower the heat so we had to sleep with the balcony door open (a shared balcony for 8 roms, with the safety threat that this was. The lock for this door was also broken.
