"Great place to stay very comfortable and an easy location to get around with transport nearby or short walk.Staff were fantastic the food was great and the bar was very nice.Being English it was a shame there was no tea making facilities in the room but the coffee machine was a great touch. "Check in and check out where fast and convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Train station is less than 2 minutes walking. This is my second time staying and I am very satisfied. The only feedback is they should update the tv’s to smart tv’s just in case you want to watch a movie. 🙂"

"Had a wonderful stay at Smartments Prenzlauer Berg. Facility is modern, clean and located adjacent to the Landsberger Allee S-Bahn station - making transportation super convenient. There is a large grocery store within a block. There is a Doner restaurant that is open 24 hours (as of Sept 2024) next to the apartment complex. Room equipped with small refrigerator. Bed low but comfy. No air conditioning but did not need in September. Fan in room - which would definitely need in summer month....

"Great staff, great vibes! I would especially recommend this property to travellers who enjoy a bit of activity around them and like to socialise / making the most of Berlin nightlife. The location is perfect for all the best music locations in Berlin. It is a younger crowd as there are also students living there. This hotel was perfect for my needs and I would come back! Shout out to the incredible staff."

"We stayed here because my husband was participating in the Berlin Marathon. NH Alexander Platz has the perfect location outside the Downtown area. However, transportation was a few steps away, from the train/metro stations to the busses. Uber or taxis are also very common and safe. We had a wonderful view from our bedroom of the famous TV station. Their breakfast buffet was the perfect wellness buffet that we have had in a while. All personal are very friendly. "
